Booze Hound Bluegrass:

Booze Hounds Bluegrass originated in 2017 by lead guitar and vocalist, Eric Lee Reel. The 5-piece bluegrass band you see now has been playing together for a little under a year. Each member comes from various musical backgrounds that blend seamlessly together when they play that sweet bluegrass. You'll hear traditional tunes from them as well as original music like “Ernie’s Homemade Wine”, “Railroad Bound”, “Naked Neighbor”, etc. They love playing together and that is evident as heck when you see them on any stage!

Greenwood Rye:

Greenwood Rye is a modern jam-grass band, formed in Nashville as the house band for the award-winning bluegrass supper club, Jane's Hideaway. The band, led by Shawn Spencer on Guitar and Vocals, and a main cast of Cat McDonald (Fiddle, Vox), David Freeman (Mandolin, Vox), Taylor Shuck (Banjo), & Andy Brown(Upright Bass)

The group writes fun, modern songs that are rooted in bluegrass, throwing in some jam-band tendencies, and an occasional kick-drum or delay pedal. And they love performing fresh renditions of eclectic covers of all genres done with the beautiful sounds of acoustic bluegrass instruments.

Their latest album "Hideaway" had a single debuted by Bluegrass Situation and two singles placed on Spotify's Official Editorial "New Grass" Playlist

The band also features regular appearances by some of Nashville’s greatest young bluegrass players including Oliver Craven (Straybirds, Western Centuries), Frank Evans (Slocan Ramblers), Sasha Ostrovsky (Bering Straight, Darius Rucker), Gideon Klein (Rodney Atkins), Josh Rilko (Sierra Ferrell, Lindsey Lou), Tony Aichelle (Travis Tritt, Morgan Wallen), Tristen Norfleet, Larry Cook (Tony Trishka), and others filling out roles on Fiddle, Mandolin, Bass, Dobro, and Banjo.

Spencer previously fronted Seven Handle Circus, who took their modern bluegrass-fusion style on tour, playing with bands like Mumford and Sons, Zack Brown Band, and Justin Townes Earle as well as their own headlining shows across the country. Their album "Whiskey Still and Sleeping Pill" climbed to #86 on the AMA Americana Chart. They were featured on Conan, People Magazine, Paste Magazine, Guitar World, Bluegrass Situation and more.
